Ingredients for making Vegan CBD Post Workout Recovery Smoothie:
1 cup frozen fruit (blueberries/strawberry/blackberry mix is our go-to)
1 frozen banana- chopped
1 scoop vegan superfood powder
1.5 cups of alternative milk. Why not use HEMP milk?
1 tablespoon honey
1 mL of CBD RSO (Rick Simpson Oil)
Instructions for making Vegan CBD Post Workout Recovery Smoothie:
Place your CBD RSO oil syringe in a cup of hot water for about 5-10 minutes. This will help the RSO become less solid and flow much more easily when dispensing it from the syringe.
Once warmed, add all ingredients to a high-speed blender with 1mL of CBD RSO and blend until smooth.
And voila! You’ve just made a delicious, easy and fun CBD-infused smoothie, perfect for hot days or after long workouts.
