What Makes Us Different?
Since 2015, our CEO and co-owner Jerina Pillert, with her partner and co-owner Logan Bowers, has led the daily operations of Hashtag Cannabis, and as of 2024, women comprise 75% of our company leadership. We strive to hire, coach, and promote staff with diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds and gender and sexual identities that mirror our communities at large and disrupt the White cis-male dominated Washington state cannabis industry.
