Hashtag Needs Your Help!
Organized thieves are targeting Downtown Redmond and we’re trying to stop them.
The City Government has been fighting us.
We need your voice for common sense prevention NOW.
We’re Hashtag.
The small business on the corner of Leary and Cleveland here in Redmond. For two years, we’ve been the victims of smash-and-grabs with stolen cars. We’re trying to protect ourselves and the public by preventing these crimes with a few bollards (metal posts that stop cars), but the City Government won’t let us.
Instead, they’ve used our vulnerability, and hundreds of thousands of your tax dollars, to try to force us to close and try to run us out of town. It’s not right when the City sides with criminals over local businesses.
If you agree with us that crime doesn't belong in Redmond, we’re asking you to tell the City that you care about crime prevention and that you stand with the local businesses trying to keep Redmond safe and crime-free.
