Hashtag Certified
At Hashtag, we believe trust is more than a checklist. It's a feeling.
That's why we spend countless hours vetting every product that we sell in a rigorous selection process we call Hashtag Certified.
Through this process, we ensure that we only do business with the most reputable companies in the industry and only carry products that meet the highest possible safety standards -- so whenever you buy a product at Hashtag, you know it's going to be the cleanest, safest and best cannabis product your money can buy.
Hashtag Cannabis strives to offer you a safe space to find the best cannabis experience that Washington state can deliver. We welcome all people over 21 with valid ID to visit us in person at our stores in Seattle, Redmond, and Everett.
Woman-Owned and Operated
Since 2015, our CEO and co-owner Jerina Pillert, with her partner and co-owner Logan Bowers, has led the daily operations of Hashtag Cannabis, and as of 2024, women comprise 75% of our company leadership. We strive to hire, coach, and promote staff with diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds and gender and sexual identities that mirror our communities at large and disrupt the White cis-male dominated Washington state cannabis industry.
Corporate Social Responsibility at Hashtag
We remain committed to supporting the communities in which we live and work through our partnerships and giving, as we have since opening in 2015. Read more here.
We value the diverse identities of our vendor partners -- read about them and our curated selection here.
We recognize that we hold this place of privilege in the legal cannabis industry, while 40,000 cannabis prisoners are still incarcerated throughout the United States. In 2020, we began collecting cash donations from our guests, and matching with our funds, for the Last Prisoner Project.
We express our solidarity with the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities of Seattle and with #StopAsianHate. Read more here.
Hashtag joined the Floret Coalition in 2021. The Floret Coalition is an anti-racist collective of small businesses in the cannabis and cannabis-adjacent space supporting and funding equity-oriented actions via monthly donations and social campaigns. Together, their 100+ members raise funds and awareness for organizations prioritizing the needs of Black, Latine, and Indigenous communities. In 2023, coalition members donated over $112,000.
