Who is Virescence?
Virescence is a women-run cannabis health and wellness company passionate about creating high-quality educational experiences. The Virescence team was formed at the University of Washington and are committed to creating a company that you can connect with to learn, engage and explore.
Virescence offers immersive, in-person and virtual learning experiences for the Seattle community. Virescence’s education is led by top industry professionals, providing for a reliable, trustworthy resource for cannabis knowledge. They provide a supportive and fun environment where one can be free to indulge their cannacurious side. They are truly transforming the cannabis education experience!
What happens at a Virescence event in partnership with Hashtag?
So far we’ve joined Virescence in putting on two lovely events for the cannacurious here in Seattle. Our vastly knowledgeable customer experience team kicked off the event with some cannabis basics education alongside yummy appetizers and libations.
Following the educational portion, we boogied our way down to our Seattle store on Nickerson Street for a guided shopping experience. Folks are able to get a thorough store tour, receive personalized product recommendations and answers to any and all cannabis questions from our professionally trained and experienced budtenders.
What type of cannabis knowledge is covered at a Virescence event?
Perhaps you’re curious about how cannabis can fit into your physical and mental wellness? Or perhaps you’ve been hearing about the medical benefits of cannabis but don’t know exactly where to begin? An event by Virescence will cover it all.
Our last educational presentation with Virescence covered everything from the history of cannabis, the science behind it, and its many applications to help improve quality of life through cannabis use for health and wellness purposes.
We discussed various difficulties, struggles and ailments folks commonly experience and how to combat those issues through medicating or recreating (or both) with cannabis. We even do some cannabis myth-busting -- breaking down commonly held misconceptions and beliefs that are detrimental to cannabis de-stigmatization.
Our guests got to learn how to craftily tailor any cannabis experience to their own wants and needs through our cannabis consumption guide and build your own dream strain activity.
We were even able to showcase some of Hashtag’s favorite products for various health and wellness purposes, allowing attendees to get up close and personal with cannabis products and their packaging.
Attendees were able to try out topicals, smell terpenes, pass around and discuss products they found to be interesting with their fellow attendees!
We covered products specifically catered to pain relief, particularly those suffering from uterine related pain, best products and strains for sleep, inducing giggles, creativity, stress relief, focus, exercise, relaxation and SO MUCH more!
There’s a lot that goes into cannabis education, and Virescence in partnership with Hashtag is ready to meet you on level. Our attendees have been cannabis industry professionals, students, and parents, all with vastly differing levels of cannabis experience. Regardless, all of our attendees are able to take something away from an event put on by Virescence.
