Know Your Grower -- Seattle Bubble Works

Who is Seattle Bubble Works?
Founded in 2016, Seattle Bubble Works is a cannabis processor and hash company located in Buckley, WA. Seattle Bubbleworks got its start when their founder, Joby, saw a niche in the market. He had been working with a local cannabis processor and helping them market and distribute their flower and vape cartridges. He realized that his passion of producing quality products that addressed the standards of the medicinal marijuana community were at odds with the previous management.
Although that processor was finding success, they were less concerned about the quality and more about the quantity produced. Joby found that unfair to the consumer, and began looking into a solvent-free method of creating cannabis concentrates. By revisiting the ancient art of hash-making through ice water separation, Joby chose to venture out on his own and gathered together a skilled crew of industry colleagues, each as passionate and skilled as the last, to set up his own “bubbleworks.”
Seattle Bubble Works is all about ice water extraction or perhaps more commonly known as bubble hash. Using ice, water and attention to detail, Seattle Bubble Works yields potent hash that is ahead of the curve.
To make bubble hash, cannabis flower is added to bags of ice water (called “bubble bags”) and agitated, which freezes and then breaks the resin glands from the flower. These broken resin glands, which contain essential compounds like THC and CBD, move through a series of screens while the plant material is left behind, forming bubble hash.
Seattle Bubble Works sets extraordinarily high expectations. They thoroughly vet any partners they work with to source materials from in order to ensure the highest possible quality end product. They even process material from hot, in-demand brands like K Savage!
Hashtag carries a variety of hash products from Seattle Bubble Works including bubble hash, Nepalese style temple balls, hash infused joints--also available with CBD, CBN and CBG in addition to THC--and some super stellar specialty infused joints called hash cannons, which are three joints tied together with a stick of hash down the center (not for intended for the novice smoker)!
We appreciate the way each product from Seattle Bubble Works remains true to strain and high quality. The bubble hash and Nepalese temple balls translate the flavor and aromas of the flower it has been extracted from exceptionally well.
Their Sprite bubble hash smells like a freshly popped can of effervescent lemon lime soda! Their Grease Monkey stanks in the best possible gassy, earthy, funky way. We’re obsessed!
Typically, folks think of bubble hash as a powdery, sifted type of material. However, the higher quality the hash and depending on specific cultivar, the hash can start to melt if not stored at cool temperatures. The individual resin glands will start to sweat out terps and meld together, which is a sign of some truly exceptional, high quality hash.
Some cultivars remain a bit more shelf stable than others and maintain their consistency pretty well even at room temperature. Play around with what you like best!
