Galentine’s Day is nearly here, and we are ready to celebrate the women in our lives! Please get to know these companies and the women behind them better — each company listed is woman owned, has stayed in business for several years, and partners with Hashtag to deliver their excellent products to you through our stores.
Constellation Cannabis
Founded in 2018, female owned and family run- Constellation Cannabis represents a collection of industry stars that came together to form a new purpose and meaning — to deliver cannabis that reflects quality in all aspects. They strive to create unique products that are influenced by the standard set in the medical era.
With female leadership, they are able to approach challenges and opportunities with a new perspective. From packaging to healthcare, they set new industry standards. Being female owned and family managed is a point of pride for the Constellation team. This fact allows them to stay close to the market and their customers, take care of their employees, and grow at a pace that allows them to maintain their standards. Constellation’s farm is operated by members of our family and people that have become family.
“We take care of each other and that allows us to take care of our customers.”
Competing in an established market, Constellation’s solventless hash lab also sets them apart. The dedication to that craft is evident in their care for how they grow and process their ice water hash.
“We share a simple vision: to be the preferred choice for cannabis connoisseurs. From our flower to our solventless hash oil and everything in between, expect quality.”
Craft Elixirs
Chicago native Jamie Hoffman runs Craft Elixirs, a small-batch, cannabis-infused edible company in Seattle, Washington that specializes in simple syrups, oils, and confections made with locally sourced high-quality ingredients. Jamie finds her ingredients for Craft’s operations through a network of local cannabis and fruit grower farms. She’s partnered with Washington growers such as Puffin Farm, Doc & Yeti Urban Farms, and Sidhu’s Blueberry Farms to help deliver on one of her core tenets: to produce the best products using superior ingredients sourced locally.
Jamie’s partnerships and commitment to quality ingredients have paid off by helping Craft Elixirs take home the Dope Cup two years in a row with their fruit chews called Pioneer Squares, a self-described fruit-nom. The Pioneer Square is a gem of semi-transparent candy that houses a sugary piece of fruit in every nom.
Craft Elixirs offers delicious cannabis confections with their mouth-watering Pioneer Squares, in award-winning flavors such as: Black & Blueberry, Pink Lemonade, and Pineapple Crush.
Fairwinds
Sharing passions for healthy living, nutrition and natural medicine, Fairwinds founders James and Wendy Hull ventured into the Cannabis space with great excitement and passion for the support they knew they could provide to countless people. Enlisting a board of world-class formulators and medical advisors, Fairwinds products are designed by starting with traditional theory and ancient holistic concepts. The Fairwinds team is able to provide nutraceutical wellness products that stretch beyond the benefits that cannabis alone can provide. The company then saw fit to enlist an industry-leading team of MD’s for product review and consultation to ensure each formula provided safe and effective results for a broad range of patients.
As this evolving market began to move even further towards a recreational focus, founders James and Wendy saw the lapse in care for the medical patients who had fought so hard for legal access to cannabis. Driven by a passion to help others and the market’s need for a quality medical cannabis provider, Fairwinds chose to pave the way for clean and effective, patient-worthy products. Fairwinds’ products are all certified by the Washington State Department of Health as meeting the most stringent criteria of safety and purity.

Tucked within the great pines of the Olympic Peninsula, Falcanna is both a cannabis grow as well as a falcon breeding & rehabilitation center. They plan to continue expanding their amazing, state-of-the-art rehabilitation center for birds of prey: “Over the last several years, Falcanna has become a staple on retail shelves across Washington state.
