How can Hashtag help you buy medical cannabis?
Before we can add you as a medical patient to the Washington state database, here’s what you need to know and do.
You must be over 21 for us to serve you at any Hashtag store.
You must have a medical cannabis authorization form, already signed by your physician, and bring it with you to your appointment.
Make an appointment for a guided consultation with our certified medical marijuana consultant below. If your preferred time is not available, email us at [email protected], and we may be able to accommodate your preference.
Plan to bring your photo ID and medical cannabis authorization form to our store.
Visit us to join the medical marijuana database, and let us create your medical card on-site.

This authorization form is required to be filled out by your practitioner. This form is linked on the Washington DOH’s website.
Once you have your medical card, you can shop our vast selection in-store or browse our medical menu, which clearly displays the tax-exempt, out-the-door prices you're entitled to as a medical patient.
