Infused Hot Cocoa Recipe with Honu!

Infused Hot Cocoa

It is certainly starting to feel like winter here in Washington! Cozy up and stay warm with some infused hot cocoa!

Ingredients

(to make from scratch):

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup granulated sugar

⅓ cup hot water

⅛ teaspoon salt

4 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

(to keep it simple):

Any pre made hot cocoa mix

Directions (to make from scratch):

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the cocoa powder, sugar, water, and salt over medium heat.

  2. Cook, stirring constantly until smooth and bring to a simmer.

  3. Reduce heat, and stir in the milk, do not boil.

  4. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla. Pour into mugs and top with HONU’s infused Gimme Sa’More treats!

Directions (to keep it simple):

  1. Prepare hot cocoa according to pre mixed packaging’s directions

  2. Pour into mugs and top with HONU’s infused Gimme Sa’More treats!

Not a fan of hot cocoa? No worries!

You can still enjoy Honu’s Gimme Sa’Mores infused treats while getting warm and cozy! Simply pop one on a stick and roast over a fire for a toasty, gooey infused treat!
