Since 2015, our CEO and co-owner Jerina Pillert, with her partner and co-owner Logan Bowers, has led the daily operations of Hashtag Cannabis, and as of 2024, women comprise 75% of our company leadership. Our budtenders are the people who bring Hashtag’s mission and vision to life. They are responsible for delivering the very best in customer service, assisting Hashtag’s guests and helping them to learn more about the wide variety of products we carry in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fun workplace.
