Looking to enjoy the relaxing and relieving effects of CBD over time? Or hoping to share mellow vibes with friends? Then you’re in luck!
Home-cooked edibles allow everybody to savor CBD at slower pace than traditional smoking or vaping.
Simply put, CBD edibles are the way to go!
But cooking and baking can be a real hassle. Especially for sporting events or holidays when you’re in a rush or have to cook for a crowd.
Sound familiar? Then don’t panic!
Why infuse Guacamole with CBD?
Not only is guacamole delicious and flavorful, it’s hands down THE BEST dip or side for Mexican main dishes.
And luck would have it that the main ingredient, avocado, consists mostly of fats. Which makes it a perfect base to infuse products like CBD oil into!
Oh, and did we mention it’s also gluten free and vegan friendly?
Ready to start? Then here’s what you’ll need:
Ingredients for making CBD-Infused Guacamole:
3 medium ripe avocados, peeled, halved, and seeded
1 tbsp lime juice
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground chili pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ medium red onion, finely diced
2 small tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
½ jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1 mL of CBD RSO (Rick Simpson Oil)
Instructions for making CBD-Infused Guacamole:
Place the ripe avocados in a bowl or Tupperware and mash them with a mixing spoon, fork or pestle.
Add the salt, chili pepper, garlic powder, cilantro, red onion, jalapeno, tomatoes, and lime juice to the bowl and mix.
Place your CBD RSO oil syringe in a cup of hot water for about 5-10 minutes. This will help the RSO become less solid and flow much more easily when dispensing it from the syringe.
Once warmed, top your guacamole mixture with 1mL of CBD RSO and stir thoroughly to combine.
And voila! You’ve just made a delicious, easy and fun CBD-infused edible, perfect for parties, holidays or gamedays with friends.
Storing your CBD-Infused Guacamole:
When you’re done you can cover the bowl with plastic wrap or Tupperware with a lid and refrigerate. To prevent browning add an extra tsp of lime juice and mix.
